Eligibility to apply for Pre Matric OEC Scholarship 2019:

1) Applicants should be a permanent resident of Kerala, and belong from scheduled caste.
2) Applicants should be Citizen of India with his/her name in the ration card

Eligibility Criteria required to apply for Pre Matric OEC Scholarships 2019 :

<> You must be a Citizen of India and be a resident of Kerala.

<> You must be a a person of Schedule Caste of Kerala and if you are a OBC candidate then you need to be a person of sub caste of OBC in Kerala.

<> You should be from classes between 1 to 10th.

<> You should be studying from the government recognized school.

Eligibility Criteria:--

1. Candidates who are interested in applying for the OBC Pre Matric Scholarship 2019 must be a student.

2. Candidates of Public Schools/ Kendriya Vidyalaya / National Open School/ Schools affiliated to NDMC.
