Procedure to apply for Uttar Pradesh Pre Matric OBC Scholarship 2020 is as follows.
Register at scholarship portal - https://scholarships.gov.in Login using registration number, date of birth and password. Click on Apply for scholarship in student section. Update all required document and details. Submit application form. |
