As you are applying for Pratibha Kiran Scholarship 2019 here are some details :

If the girl child of the urban family living below the poverty line qualifies in class 12 with 60% or more marks, Pratibha Kiran of Madhya Pradesh government will be eligible for the scheme!

You can apply till the last November 2019.
