The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched the RBI Young Scholars Award Scheme through Young Scholars Award Scheme to expose scholars to an actual banking and financial environment.

The minimum eligibility required to apply for the scholarship is pursuing graduation from a recognized university and should be 18 years or more but less than 23 years as on 1st September of the previous year.

The pattern for the reserve bank of India young scholar program is that the examination would be of objective type with multiple choices . The examination would be of 90 minutes and the pattern of question paper will have questions from role and function of the RBI, Trend of banking industry in India , general economic and financial environment.
