The educational scholarship are offered to the candidates who wish to pursue higher education.

Generally, the scholarship are offered at the beginning of the academic year. One cannot apply in the middle of the year. As you are pursuing third year of the course, you cannot apply for the merit scholarship.

The respective colleges offer meritorious scholarships every year for the candidates who have secured good marks in the semester examination.
