Respected Sir, can you help me in applying for the IIT Kanpur Junior Research Fellowship of this year? I have tried once but quit in between of the application. Please help me to know the full procedure for applying for this fellowship. Waiting for your response!

> Step 1: create an application containing a cover letter, detailed CV, address of two referees.
