You can apply online through the official web portal of the department i.e. www.dcescholarship.kerala.gov.in

Select the scholarship link on the home page.
Select the scholarship type.
Fill the application form with necessary details and attach all the required documents.
Submit the application form.
Take a print out of application form for future use.
