• Click on Fill Application Form.

• Click On Apply Online Link.

• Fill All Details Correctly.

• Submit Application and take printout of final submission.

4.You will be taken to a new page.
5.Enter your details and write about your idea/concept in-detail.
6.Submit the form.
7.Your application has been submitted successfully.
8.Wait for the announcement date (15th October).
