I want to know about the details of subsidy scheme under an education loan available in Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited? I am going to apply for an education loan in this bank as I am interested to study BTech course. I want to know about the subsidy scheme first.

The scheme provides full interest subsidy during the moratorium period on modern education loan without any collateral security and third party gurantee for persuing technical/professional course in India.

Students , whose gross parental family income is upto Rs 4.5 lacs are eligible for subsidy.

One can also apply for scholarship or check for government subsidies to get concession in interest rate.

I take education loan in TMB bank at 2017. I am eligible for subsidy and in govt portal it's showing the interest amount also. But i didn't received any amount till now almost 5 years over..can anyone explain what to do?? And why
