What is the subsidy scheme under Punjab National Bank Education Loan for MS in Abroad aspirant?


I have heard about subsidy scheme. But I really don’t know what it is? Actually I am going to apply an education loan in Punjab National Bank for studying my MS in Abroad. So, I got the paper regarding this subsidy scheme but don’t know about this. Please explain me what it is?

Subsidy is mainly provided to desirous students who lack funds for higher studies.
Those whose annual income is less than 4 lacs are eligible for subsidy.

PNB Udaan scheme is exclusively for students who wish to persue their higher studies abroad with help of PNB education loan.
Interest rate 9.50% for male applicant
9.00% for female candidates
Above INR 4 lacs, loan margin is 15%
