Whether RBI COVID-19 Moratorium is applicable on education loan scheme?

Sir, I have taken an education loan and currently repaying the loan amount. I would like to know that moratorium system of RBI is applicable on education loan scheme also? Due to this COVID-19 issue, I am maintaining myself under lockdown in a worse situation. Please help me to know about this.
