my AIEEE AIR is 11264 in general category.. can i get CSE in NIT Rourkela?

i have got 4983 in state rank through aieee exam so could i get admission in nit kurukshetra. I have also state code eligibility of haryana. Also which other govt. colleges could i get in haryana through state rank. my all india rank is 126799 which other colleges could i get through this rank.
plz let me know.
