Sir,i am completed msc chemistry with 65% marks. My age is 23. But the problem is my 12th percentage is 54 i.e my all academic dosn't have above 60%. I can apply for ACT in NTPC?

sir,i am copleted msc in phamaceutical chemistary with 58% . sir can i applicabe for asst. chemist in your org.
