dear friend,
you can sleep well only when you are tension free. there are far difference between sleeping well and just sleep. foe sleeping well you have to be tension free. also do lot of hard work in day so that you can sleep. also before going to bed you should wash your leg with normal water. also you can use any cold oil. all the best. |

following are my suggestions which i follow as i get up at 4,
have dinner light and approx 1hr before sleeping drink water or milk before sleep Have soothing music besides u (nocturne) Tell GOD what all good things has happened to you the whole day. and BE HAPPY. |

Friend this question of yours first compelled me to smile but knowing the deep meaning of this question i could not stop myself to post my views on good sleep . I think none but BABA RAMDEV is the right choice here to get the answer. To me one should do yoga on regular basis ,have good food habits ,should rise up early in the morning to sleep early in the nightand should also do physical work

before sleeping complete your nature calls,drink water and get ready for sleep.
The answer varies for different persons. But the problem is with the persons who cannot get that.so i would like to suggest them. Complete your natural calls,drink some water and get ready to sleep.Sit on bed in a comfortable position,close your eyes and take deep breathes (10 to 15).....you may sleep. Still if you can't sleep.close your eyes and say to your self be aware of your feet,you observe that your feet get relaxed and during this you should feel that your body gets relaxed....then heel,calf muscle, in that manner every part of your body....then you can sleep.... meditation is always a good to follow to get sleep...important of all is keep all your tensions thoughts away.Do not think about any issue when you decide to sleep...That all helps you.. Reading a book is also a good idea to get sleep. Eating sweets,dal etc., also gives better sleep. |

Sleep is plays important role in human life.The benefits of sleeping is mind relaxation,rest to the body organs,freshness after wake up.
1.For well sleep drink milk everyday before going to sleep. 2.Sleep early and wake up early for health. 3.Sleep 8 hours everyday. 4.Avoid day sleeping. 5.Don't think any matter which happene on the day before sleeping. Without fail do the above mentioned tips definitely you will get well sleep. |
