Re: How to Sleep Well?
Spit out all your tensions, anger or any thing that disturbs the mind, if you want to have good sleep.
Doing a hard physical work also helps in sleeping well. 8rs sleep is suffcient. and even if one cannot sleep after this, take sleeping pills and sleep cause it very important to maintin all the metabolic activities and also the mood. |

Hai Friends,
Now i am giving the answer for the question asked by me,... It is not the answer it is my suggestion,.. ok,... Sleeping process is not started at night,... whole day itself it is starting that is,.. you have to do work manually,... or otherwise play on evening times,... then night, take light dinner before 1 hr going to bed,.... take a long breath before going to bed,... "Believe on GOD" "Believe everything is going according to your wish" "Don't tell lies, because it is easier than anyother thing to tell as it was" Did you understand??,.. "take thought of some different ideas related to your life or your field,.. Ok friends,.... yes,... faiyaz, as i told, i am not a long sleeper,.. i am a deep sleeper,... i am sleeping for 7 hrs daily,.... ok friends,.. try this concept,.... |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
Dear friend,
Sleeping is one of the most important part of life. If we dont sleep, neither we cant work nor have peace of mind. But we should have some limits to sleep. For little ones, they can sleep for more than 8 hrs but for young and adults 6-7 hrs is more than enough. We can sleep well and fast by concentrating our mind on the body from head to feet by closing closes and visualizing the body. we should see our head first and then slowly we should move from part to part of the body. And we should repeat this method from feet to head again. with greetings satyajeet chakma |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
Take god's name before you go to bed and try to remind all good things like nature, your best moments etc. all will help you take a good sleep or if you have worked more physical work a day you will definitely get a good sleep.

Re: How to Sleep Well?
Getting out at morning does'nt means that now its time to getup brush our touths, take bath, eat beak fast etc.
Getting up at morning after a long sleep 'symbolize us that now its time to lead in the path for which we have send here' that is WELLFARE OF WHOLE HUMANITY. But anyone do's that? Sleeping also smybolise, that once we have to DIE,which is an universal thruth. |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
sleeping well is very necessary to keep body fit and healthy but seeing the tough competition to sleep for more than 7 hours is harmfull.
first of all mind should be relaxed, there shouldn't be any tension while going to sleep. do meditation before going to bed. |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
Keep the room dark.
Change your sleeping position Keep your body in a "mid-line" position, where both your head and neck are kept roughly straight. Don't use a flat pillow that causes your head to tilt down toward the mattress. Likewise, don't stack your pillows so that your head is propped at an angle. Avoid sleeping on your stomach. It's difficult to maintain the mid-line position, and it is more likely to cause aches and pains. If you must, bend one arm upwards and place it under your pillow. This will help alleviate stress on your back and neck by slightly propping up your body on one side. |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
How to sleep well
Getting the right amount of good quality sleep is important for your good mental health. Optimum levels of sleep differ for everyone, but most people need around 6-8 hours of sleep each night. About 25% of this sleep time (in a young adult) is spent in stress relieving REM sleep, the other 75% is deep slow wave sleep, in which your body repairs itself and replenishes energy supplies. The levels of REM sleep that we need decrease throughout our lives, and babies have the most REM sleep. Too much dream sleep can leave you exhausted, drained and depressed, too little dream sleep keeps your stress levels high and, if continued, results in episodes of mania. |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
some step, how can you sleep well-
Keep the room dark. Change your sleeping position. Ask your doctor about non-addictive sleep aids such as Lunesta, if nothing else works. Avoid sleeping on your stomach. It's difficult to maintain the mid-line position, and it is more likely to cause aches and pains. |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
Try one or two or a combination until you have enough quality sleep to feel alert and well rested.
Stick to a schedule, and don't sleep late on weekends. If you sleep late on Saturday and Sunday morning, you'll get Sunday night insomnia. Instead, go to bed and get up at about the same time every day. "You don't need to rely on an alarm clock to wake up when you get enough sleep," says Dr. Shepard............. Don't eat spicy or fatty foods. They cause heartburn. Make your bed. "A good bed is subjective and different for each person. Make sure you have a bed that is comfortable and offers orthopedic, correct sleep," says Dr. Shepard. |

as stated in the holy books of india the sleep of a student should be like a dog(always alert). sleeping is very good for the body and mind but excess of anything is not good excessive sleep is time wasting 8 hrs sleep is good enough for a student.it releives you off tension and stress |

Re: How to Sleep Well?
It’s a wonderful thought to dream and even wonderful to sleep with.
What when we sleep, world is unconscious, and you are alone there with yourself. As life goes along,he moves away from himself,so is the consequence. In my life, when I am not happy,I don’t sleep well. That’s all. |
