Yes,your eligible for most of the exams conducted by the TNPSC board Group 2 level.Since there are many posts in Group 2 level like Sub registrar,Municipal Commissioner,Revenue Assistant..etc hence the qualifications may vary from post to post.

But since your a graduate from a recognized University hence your eligible for most of the exams and since you hold a BA degree therefore you can qualify for posts like Assistant Commercial Tax Officer.

Its better that you go through the official website of the TNPSC so that you get notification details for various exams conducted by the TNPSC board

well its good that you are planing to go for tnspc exam.The eligibility criteria for appearing this exam is that you need to have minimum of degree certificate and should attain the age between 18-30 years.The exam consist of two types of exam.Group-1 consists of mainly executive posts like-executive engineer,deputy collector etc.You can apply for the post depending upon the course you have taken in your graduation.

Group-2 consists of post like-junior engineer,municiple commissioner,deputy-megistrate etc.

To apply for this examination, the candidate must have a completed graduate degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
