My son born in 10th April 2016 now I want him to get admission in Nursery class in SD Public School, Hamirpur but they says that child has to complete 3 year up to 31 March 2019. So, does this means he is not eligible for admission this year of next year for session starting in 2019?

The typical age for nursery admission is between 2.5 to.3.5 years .
For class Nursery, Registration forms are available online only.
For class Nursery to II interaction will be conducted offline.
For admission, brief interaction of cold with teachers , followed by an interaction of parents with the principal.
Admission formalities to be fulfilled in the event of selection.
Hard copy of registration form is required on the day of interaction.
Date, time and venue will be shared 2-3 days before the interaction.
