Hi dear..

Yes , you have slight chances of getting NIT Raipur through your AIR, but if you belong to Chattisgarh, then yes there are fair chances of you getting NIT Raipur. As you have not mentioned your state, so as much data you provided, very less chances for you to get NIT Raipur.
