can you please tell me

Mostly 30 for general,unlimited for sc and st,2-3 years extension for obc

age limit of open category is 21 to 30 yeras

Am sorry, there is no way you can apply for bank exam in age of 19. The minimum eligibility for bank exam is 21, so its better you go for some 2yrs course till then and apply for the bank exam...
