In Jammu, from State Bank of India, you can get AIIMS entrance exam form.

State Bank of India Branches in Jammu: -

4. State Bank of India, ZONAL OFFICE JAMMU

AIIMS forms in Jammu? Which SBI branch?

The last date for form submission is 15 march 2011 now you have only few days so my suggestion is you filled the form by using online mode.
If you are interested to fill the form online then click the given link and and follow the instruction but before that you must have to read the "Instruction for Online form filling " which i have attached.

AIIMS Forms are Not available physically @ Banks, The reason is they are Available at AIIMS college, & you can get them on requesting about the same.

So No where Aiims forms are available @ banks of Jammu.

So you were thinking how to Get forms.

Below are the Procedure to get them :-

Notification For AIIMS Exam has out.

Students those who are Eligible i.e 60% should be there in 10+2 Exam But it is relaxed for SC/ST to 50%. Even candidate must have attained 17 years of age as of 31 Dec 2011.

Prospectus is of 1000 rupees For General/OBC but 800 for SC/ST.

Application Form can filled in two ways either Online Or Offline.

As you are asking For offline mode of application form, No banks got AIIMS Prospectus. You need to request AIIMS authority for application form Cum prospectus.

How to send request Form lets see ?

Prospectus Cum application Form can obtained through Offline by sending a Crossed bank draft For General/OBC 1050/- And For SC/ST 850/-,

drawn in favor of ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Exams), AIIMS -MBBS-2011. This draft should be payable at Delhi.

Last Dead line for request of application is Feb End and You Request FORM must reach AIIMS, ANSARI NAGAR, NEW DELHI, 110608 on or Before 10 of March 2011.

*Note while sending request form, You must specify your Envelop by "REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR MBBS Entrance Exam".

But why you want to choose such a long Procedure, Go for Online Filling up form. You can download E-Brouchure for free @ www.aiimsexams.org.

You need to make Challan from bank, and send it to above mentioned address.(More Details are on this Attachment.)

AIIMS application form are not availble on any bank branches.

There are basically two ways of filling & submitting the application form a) online & b) offline.

It would be better if you fill the form online as it is less time consuming ,more convinient ,easy & reliable.

Still if you are interested in submitting the form offline then you will be required to follow the following steps:-


1) The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for Rs.1050/- Fr General/OBC and Rs.850/- For SC/ST category drawn in favour of the "ACCOUNTS OFFICER (EXAMS), AIIMS-MBBS-2011".


2) The request must reach the
Assistant Controller of Examinations,
All India Institute of Medical Sciences,
Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110 608


3) The address at which Application Form is required should be written clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS and with PIN code.

4) The words "REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FORM FOR MBBS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2011" should be written on the envelope containing request for application form, and also on top of the request letter.

Exam forms are available offline only upto 10th March 2011.


Last date to fill the form is 15th March 2011.

So Hurry Up!!
