if you have alerdy cleared your foundation exam in dec 2012, then you are eligible for dec 2013 executive exam ,

for dec 2013 executive exam you were supposed to get registered before 28th feb 2013, now the dates have passed

so you have to visit icsi.edu for further notification for executive exams
