I have completed my BTECH IT am I elligible for TNPSC group 1 exams

I have completed my B.E in civil and i have a backlog.. am i eligible to write a group II exam?

Am I eligible to appear for TNPSC Group 1 Exam after completion of B.Tech IT in 2012?

What are the jobs are available for b.tech it in tnpsc..pls reply dudes...

Yes,you will be eligible to apply for TNPSC(Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) Exam for Group I.This exam is taken of Graduation Level and your B.Tech Engineering degree will be equivalent to Bachelor degree course.

Eligibility Criteria required to apply for TNPSC Group I Exam :

1. Candidates should be pass out in Bachelor degree course.
2. Candidates who are in final semester/year will be allowed to appear in Preliminary Exam but if they fail to produce the final year pass out certificate will not be allowed to appear in Mains Exam.
3. Candidates minimum age should be 21 years and Candidates age should not be above 30 years.

• General Science.
• Current Events of National and International Importance.
• History and Culture of India.
• Geography of India.
• Indian Politics.
• Indian Economics.
• Indian National Movements and Freedom Struggle.
• Mental Ability Test.

A) Paper I :-

1. Modern History of India and Indian Culture.
2. Current events of national and international importance.
3. Statistical analysis :Graphs and Diagrams.

B) Paper II :-

2. Role and Impact of Science and Technology in India.
