I have completed 12th in 2018 and in 2019 I gave 3 subject improvement exams and secured above 75 percentage in 2019 and 2018 in 3 subjects. So, am I eligible to apply for IIT or NIT? And, can I apply JEE exams?

If you are appearing for Improvement exam for 3 subjects in 2019, then the best marks would be considered for percentage calculation. Because, if you score above 75%, then only you will be eligible for JEE Main Exam.

Note that for admission to NITs, IIITs, CFIs, you will have to qualify JEE Main Exam while for getting admission to IITs, ISM Dhanbad, you need to crack JEE Main exam followed by JEE Advanced.

Since, you have secured above 75 percentage, so you are eligible for JEE Main Exam. After you qualify JEE Main Exam, you can apply for JEE Advanced exam too.

Sure,You can apply for jee now. After you get 75% you will get a certificate of 75%. When you joining IIT or nit you should submit the certificate which the board recently given to you. If you get 75% in improvement exam you can join nit and IIT.
