In my third semester I haven got result status as PWG means pass with grace. Then I want to know that is this a backlog? Am i eligible for no backlog companies?

It is not a backlog and you have cleared the paper. So, you are eligible to get recruitment in the companies.

With having any single backlog in your academic course in present you are not eligible to get the recruitment in any company.
