Am I eligible to pursue PhD having less than 55% score in my Post Graduation?
I have completed my Masters in Biotechnology however, my final score is less than 55%. Will I be allowed to apply for PhD courses in any universities? If yes, then which all universities I may apply for?

No , you are not eligible for ph.d. becauseminimum qualification for oc candidate is 60% in msc and sc/St/obc candidate 55% needed, you try double pg in another subject and get good score you can do it in that subject
