I am chemical engineer, I am one eyed person and my second eye is completely fit for observing anything. I have no glasses because never need for glasses. So just I want to know that can I eligible for working in PSUs.

You are eligible only if you have disability certificate for the disability from government doctor with more than 40% disability. And then only you will entitled for the reservation.
without the certificate you won't be getting reservation under disable qouta and you will be declared unfit.
Three dozens of a PSU recruiting and only 3-4 PSU allow one eye person that too if you are able to perform certain task perfectly

Yes, you are eligible for working PSUs being one eyed person. Even lawfully blind person in both the eyes is eligible for most PSUs in India. Such a person is absolutely fit to appear in the recruitment process conducted by PSUs.
