Is B.Tech from India better than doing from Australia?

i wanted to ask whether doing b-tech from india is better than in australia,
or doing it from australia!!

I am suggeseted to do b.tech in india.Because so many forners came for doing there b-tech in india our syllabuss is easy to understand and also cost is less in complition of b-tech.if u wante do m.tech ,msc is better to do in australia.
