Physics: Resnick-Halliday (Main book), HC Verma, NCERT, IE Irodov (Selected sections)
Chemistry: NCERT (Main book), Arihant Organic Chem, OP Tandon (Last book)
Biology: Trueman's elementary biology (2 volumes for class 11 and 12 respectively)
Mathematics: RS Aggarwal, NCERT (Main books), SL Loni (Trigonometry & Conics)

Its more than enough if you study your Intermediate Public Examinations(IPE) text books.

Apart from this study Deepthi Publications and S. Chand Publications EAMCET text books.

And also practice well by solving previous years question papers.
