I have completed my BDS.so , please guide me. what are the oppurtunities i have after BDS

Go for MD & keep on applying for goverment jobs.. dunt thnk to discontinue studies...itz the best tym to study..

there are a lot of opportunities after BDS you can join a dental college or you can open a clinic and start practising dentistry or you can go for MDS in any for your branch as for now i have also heard thet ENT departement is also merging into BDS course so you can also join that and do it as specilization ..
i think specialization is must and you must go for some specilization after BDS instead of going for a job .. or you can apply for GOVT jobs if there are vaccancies.. bye wish you luck and success in what ever you choose to do...bbye

its Depends on your interests. Many people are doing MBA these days, there are many specialisations there too, like pharma or hosp admin etc for health professionals.
You can attempt IAS, IPS etc, if you feel inclined.
There is PhD if you are interested in research. You can do Dental Materials, or anything else. NCBS & IISc both at Bangalore are good institutes. There is something like this in AIIMS& Manipal also.
Actually, there are so many options in the big, big world. Everything depends on what YOU want to do. The key here is, never do anything that you dont enjoy. All the best

Since you have completed BDS there are more job opportunity in medical field.

After BDS you can go for MDS.Once you clear post graduation you can go for research and teaching .You can start your own clinic or appear for CDS or UPSC exam and get employed in a public sector

2)Prepare for MBA,enrol in hospital management
3)Enrol in clinical research diploma program & be a prof clinical trial organiser for pharma company
4)Prepare for national boards and immigrate to U.S
5)Practise dentistry with some local senior doctor for some months & open clinic
6)Open a DENTAL LAB .

DNB is the best choice after BDS.
But s of date DNB can only be done if u complete MDS.
Other than this You can enter the fields of Hospital Management, Clinical Research, or medical transcription.
I think it is better to get equipped with MDS to become a master of your core comptency. However, if you have lost the charm of teeth, you can go in for Hospital Administration etc.
