I was studying in 10th CBSE and got 94 percent but I am confused whether to take CBSE or GSEB in class 11th Science engineering and a little information about college admission criterion in both boards? Can you guide me on this?

CBSE would be better in comparison to GSEB Board. Since, you will be appearing for JEE Main Exam in future. So, syllabus of JEE Main is entirely based on 11th and 12th standard of CBSE. So, you will get benefit of CBSE from here.
On the other hand, if you go with GSEB Board, then there are many concepts that are not covered in GSEB Board, so you will have to take reference of other books. So, CBSE would be better for you.
