A person doing a particular course studies more or less the same subjects as the person doing any other course. The only difference being the depth of the subjects studied and the examination orientation. Charteredaccountancy course has in depth study relating to financialaccounting, auditing, tax aspects.
Even chartered accountants and company secretaries study cost and management accountancy. But the objective of the course is specialisation in cwa/icwa and having knowledge in ca and cs. Chartered accountants study corporate laws. But, they do not study it in as much detail and depth as a company secretary does. - you can go with cfa from any good institution!!you can also do cfa from usa there is a elligibility criteria in which applicant should have a minimum 4 years experience in a relative field and if you go for cfa from icfai, you cannot use a cfa holder designation because there is a legal dispute...between cfa, icfai and cfa, usa. All the best.. |
