Can a 13 years old candidate is eligible to write the 10th ICSE Board exams?
Can a 13 years old boy is eligible to appear for the 10th ICSE Board exams? Date of birth is 28th February, 2007. What is the standard age criteria? Is there any relaxation for any caste category?

The minimum age limit to apply for board exams is 14 years in India .The candidate must be of 14 years before 31 march of the examination year .So according to the criteria you are not eligible for the exams and there is no relaxation for caste category
