Can a candidate is allowed to practice in Indian with FCARCSI from Ireland?
My friend has completed his MBBS and DA from India and went to Ireland and completed FCARCSI. Can this qualification be equated to Indian MD and is this foreign degree recognized by MCI that he can practice in India?
