Re: Can I appear in CPT exam of 2017?
CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test. It is an entrance examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for offering admission in Chattered Accountancy course.
CPT examination is held twice a year in June and December every year. To be eligible to appear in CPT examination, the candidate must have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a Government recognised board. As per the information you have provided in your query, you are going to appear your 12th standard examinations in the year 2017 that means, you have completed 12th standard from a Government recognised board, so, you are eligible to appear in CPT 2017 examination. |

Re: Can I appear in CPT exam of 2017?
CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test and same is the first stage of Chartered Accountancy examination in India. Also the same examination is held twice every once in the month of June and once in the month of December by ICAI.
--> The basic eligibility criteria for appearing in the same examination is a higher secondary school degree from a recognized board. Yes , you are eligible for appearing in both CPTs of 2017 being a final year of Class 12th and going to appear in the board examination in March 2017. But you must register yourself for appearing in CPT going to be held in June 2017 before 1st April 2017. For more details about the same examination you visit the link www.icaiexam.icai.org . |
