With an M.Ed degree, you can only apply for PGT posts in government schools. On the other hand, a post graduate degree in any specific subject of your choice is necessary to attend UGC NET exam. Also, 55% marks in PG is needed for the same. On qualifying this exam, your score in NET exam will be taken as a basis for lecturer job in colleges. So, it will be better for you to take up a PG degree and then attend UGC exam for lecturer post in colleges.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
