I have completed my 12th board exams form Arts stream. Can I apply for B.Sc General Nursing and Midwifery? If not, B.Sc then can I apply for Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery? Any other similar courses?

No, after passing 12th with Arts stream you are not eligible for BSc nursing .

Candidate must have passed 12th class with medical stream( physics, chemistry, maths) with minimum 50% marks.

You have other option like:-
BBA
BCA
BA
Hotel Management.

Being an Arts stream, student you are not eligible to pursue degree or diploma course in Nursing as for the same, you are required to have completed your Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from a recognised board of education.
