yes.man,u can apply in telecom technical assistant post in meghalaya,and shimla.as a chemical engineer u can select a good job in chemical industries,all the best.

BSNL JTO exam is conducted every year based on the vacancy of the post every year,it does not mean that there is vacancy every year. Well, Ravi, i am sorry to say,but you are not eligible for this exam as the eligibility criteria are given below:

Criteria:

It is divided into, telecom,civil and electric where the following can apply for this>>

An equivalent BE/BTECH degree from a recognised university from
1.Telecommunication
2. Electronics
3. Radio
4. Computer
5. Electrical
6. Information Technology
7. Instrumentation
