Yes you can give the exam as the minimum eligibility criteria is to have a graduation degree in any discipline.

Your age should be between 21-30 years.

At the most this exam can be given for four times.

The prelim exam includes two papers of two hundred scores.

In the main exam you have to select 2 optional papers for the civil services Mains, whilst GS and Essay are standard to all hopefuls.

After graduation, candidates are eligible to apply for UPSC IAS examination. So, to appear in IAS Exams, you must have to attained the age of 21 years and not be over 30 years, only then you are eligible to appear in this exams.
