Can I apply in state engineering college after scoring 53401 and 12527 rank?


sir i am vivek kumar from up(gkp)., i have achieved 53401 rank(gen) and 12527(obc). can i apply for state engineering colleges rajasthan, aandhra pradesh, karnataka and madhya pradesh through aieee rank basis. if yes then how i can apply it. please guid me sir

Sir,my air is 188602 and 51442(OBC) I am from Bihar. Can I apply for state colleges in other states
