Can I become State/Central Government teacher through CTET/Jharkhand TET with PGT(History & Civics) if secured 70% in BEd and 58% in IGNOU-MA?

Hi everyone, I have done my MA with History Honours from IGNOU and secured 58% marks. I have also done BEd in History and English and secured 70% marks in it. Now, I just want to know that if I qualify in CTET or in Jharkhand TET then I am eligible to become a State or Central Government teacher as the combination of PGT with History and Civics?
