What is procedure of name changing in SSLC Marks Card and which all documents are required to be submitted for this? Is there any charges also?

This is the procedures you have to follow for the correction of name in the SSLC marksheet and you have to file an application for it to the board which will be forewarded by the school head master. You will be given an application form for correction of name in your certificate. Thats how you can change your name on your SSC certificate.
