Can I do BPP from IGNOU and thereafter BA English from IGNOU at the age of 32 years old?

I am 32 years old and I didn't go to school. But I can write, read and speak English slowly. I have desire to do BA English Literature. Can I do this course?What can I submit of age proof for BPP course from IGNOU?
