I have done my Graduation in BA Now i want to do Btech will i go for it or not. 3 years gap will affect my placement

Yes, you can do B.Tech after BA graduation, just you have to apply for admission in B.Tech course in your area university.
The second thing is that it will minor effect in your job placement as you have 3 years gap. it will just ask by interviewer why three gap in you educational qualification. For this just you have replay confidently and you will be selected.
