yes you can do company secretary and llb course together because cs is a correspondence course there is no requirement of attendence or anything and there is no college for that,

but one thing you must remember both the courses are very vast you must ave to provide equal and ample time for both,

there are a lots n lots of material for study, so think before you go for both,

but as for eligibility to do . you can go for both courses together,
