Hi, I have completed my MA degree via distance mode of education. So, am I eligible to do PhD via regular mode from any university or colleges? Also, let me know if I have to write any entrance exam for PhD.

If you are pursuing post-graduation course (like MA, M.Sc., etc.) via Distance education, then you are eligible for pursuing regular Ph.D. course.

But you must ensure that the institution from where you have pursued distance education in M.A. should be recognized by UGC.
