I have to fill a application and i don't know the meaning of ebc. I belong the cast gold smith. can i fill the form in ebc? what is the meaning of ebc,is it similar to obc(other backward Cast).

How to fill EBC form ?

just go to dte.org.in, click on EBC CONCESSION present at the lower end of the left side.
& fill up the form by clicking on downloads....

EBC 1 belongs to Extra backward caste and BC 2 belongs to Backward caste, So if u r OBC non-creamy layer you can write BC2. Guys please do follow the instructions manual given for filling the form.
