Can I get admission into APR Junior College after scoring 4000 rank in APRJC CET?

I am a (BC-B casted) student scored 9.8 points in 10th class, I passed APRJC with 87 marks and I got 4041 rank in it, but I am not sure about my admission. Am I eligible to have a admission in to APR Junior College?
