The top colleges admission is depending on the EAMCET ranks and your 12th standard percentage. It is difficult to get a seat in top 30 engineering colleges in AP after securing 63 marks in eamcet and 23.88% in IPE.Because the seats are alloted to the candidates basing on the Eamcet rank.The Eamcet ranks are based and will be calculated by taking 75% from eamcet marks and 25% from IPE.As you are having less percentage and marks you will not get a good rank.And the category of the candidates is also taken into consideration along with eamcet ranks while alloting the seats to the candidates.So,getting a seat in the top 30 colleges depends upon the eamcet rank and also the category of the candidates.
