Can I get government colleges lik Jadavpur University, Bengal Enginering College, Shibpur, Jalpaiguri and Kalyani after getting 1204 rank in SC category?

Sir i belong to SC category.
My SC rank is 1204.
I want to know that whether i can get in government colleges like -JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY, BENGAL ENGINEERING COLLEGE,Shibpur, JALPAIGURI and KALYANI.
PLZ reply sir. i am very much tensed

yes, as you got a good percent of mark there is a great chance for you to get seat in the govt.collages mentioned .

For admisssion in the college your category rank must be less.....
