Can I get a government job after passing MSc IT with M.Phil in computer science

I am a M.sc(Information Techology) with Mphil in computerscience. My age is 34. Working as a assistant professor in a college. Can i get a goverment job for the above said qualification.
If it is possible list out what are the things i have to put forward

WITHOUT IN NET XAM ,can I get government lecturer job after passing msc in microbiology with m.phil .?
